Temperature Sensitivity

Our tallow-based products are made from 100% natural grass-fed beef tallow. Because of this, they are sensitive to heat. If exposed to temperatures above 75°F (24°C) for extended periods, the product may soften or melt. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

Melting Disclaimer

If your product arrives melted due to heat during transit, don’t panic! Simply place it in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to re-solidify. The product is still perfectly safe and effective to use. We are not responsible for melting that occurs due to heat exposure during or after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Best Practices

We recommend choosing expedited shipping during warmer months to minimize heat exposure during transit. If you live in a region with high temperatures, consider having your package delivered to a location where it won’t sit in a hot mailbox or on a sunny porch for extended periods.

Everyday Storage

Store your tallow products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. A bathroom cabinet, bedroom dresser, or refrigerator works great. Avoid leaving products in your car, near windows, or in any area that gets warm. Keeping the lid tightly closed when not in use will also help preserve the product’s consistency and shelf life.
